2. Don’t dwell on the negative
Sometimes life is hard. Everyone goes through rough patches. If you seem to be stuck in a mire, day in and day out, perhaps your attitude is to blame. When you dwell on the worst aspects of your life, you’re naturally going to feel depressed and anxious.
Barring a medical reason for this malaise, it’s time for an attitude adjustment. Here’s an exercise. When you sit down to eat with your family, go around the table and say one good thing that happened in your day, and make it count. Soon you’ll start seeing things differently.
