The sulfur compounds in garlic can help to dry out skin tags. Peel a garlic clove and cut a slice out the middle. Cover the tag with the garlic and secure it with an adhesive bandage. Leave it overnight and remove the dressing in the morning. Put a fresh slice of garlic over the tag the next night. Repeat until the skin tag falls off.
